Inspection & Cleaning
The roof surface is cleaned and prepped for any small repair work required. Dirt and debris is removed and the site is assessed for suitability to ensure maximum value from the rejuvenation.

All of these items will be addressed before the roof rejuvenation is applied. Algae, moss, mildew, and mold all grow and thrive in damp shaded areas. If left untreated, this growth can weaken shingles and even contribute to leaks.Â
We offer heavily discounted soft wash services with roof rejuvenation if needed. Otherwise the rejuvenation treatment contains ingredients with natural fungicidal properties. By restoring the lost oil and helping to restore water repelling properties, it becomes much harder for moss and algae to return. keeping your roof cleaner and in better condition for years to come.
Step 2:
Roof rejuvenation application
The rejuvenation treatment is applied to the roof (normally takes between 2-4 hours), where it then gets absorbed by the asphalt shingles over the next 72 hours to replenish the oils they've naturally lost over time.
