5-Year Roof Rejuvenation Warranty

Anchor Roof Restoration & Cleaning provides a 5-year workmanship warranty on completed roof rejuvenation services.

For five (5) years from the date of service, if the roof rejuvenation treatment fails due to improper application or workmanship by Anchor Roof Restoration & Cleaning, we will return to the property and reapply the treatment at no cost to the customer.

This Warranty Covers

• Improper or inadequate application of the roof rejuvenation treatment

• Areas where the treatment did not properly adhere or perform due to our application

• Necessary reapplication when the issue is determined to be caused by our workmanship

This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Storm, wind, hail, hurricane, or other weather-related damage

• Damage caused by falling trees, branches, animals, or other outside forces

• Damage caused by another contractor, homeowner, or third party

• Roof leaks or structural problems unrelated to our rejuvenation treatment

• Normal aging, deterioration, or failure of the existing roofing materials

• Pre-existing damage or conditions that existed before our service

• Damage caused by improper maintenance, alterations, or modifications to the roof

• Any condition unrelated to the application of our roof rejuvenation treatment

This warranty covers our workmanship and application only and does not constitute a warranty of the roof's structural integrity, remaining useful life, or resistance to future damage.

To make a warranty claim, the customer must contact Anchor Roof Restoration & Cleaning and provide reasonable access to the property so the roof can be inspected. If the issue is determined to be covered under this warranty, Anchor Roof Restoration & Cleaning will perform the necessary reapplication at no charge.
